Here at Motorsport Superstore, our #1 priority is to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. If a product did not meet your expectations, we make it easy and painless to return the item and get your money back. See below for return and warranty instructions.

RETURN POLICY

If your order arrives and it's not right - we will fix it. That is our guarantee to you!  If you ordered the wrong size or wrong color - No Problem!  You can return any new/unused items to Motorsport Superstore within 30 days of receipt and receive a full refund for the price of the item you paid for. Shipping paid or costs associated with international shipping, duties, taxes or brokerage fees are non-refundable. Items which have been worn, used or installed on your machine are not returnable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless wrong item was received, or the item received was damaged upon arrival.

Returns must include all tags, original manufacturer packaging, and must arrive back to us in brand new condition. Items received that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted for return, and will be shipped back to you.

EXCHANGES

Need to make an exchange? After your return is authorized, simply place a new order for the product you wish to receive in exchange. That means you'll reserve the inventory and get your new item much faster! If you use your Motorsport Superstore Rewards Points that you have earned on an item, and then need to return the original item, the rewards points which were earned from the original purchase will be subtracted from your refund. If your exchange order qualifies for our free shipping, it will be applied. You are still responsible for return shipping costs on your original order back to us.

WARRANTIES

To report a defective product, or file a warranty claim, please contact customer service, and we'll gladly help resolve any issues.. Warranties for many products can be handled directly with the manufacturer.

To start a return, please email cs@motorsportsuperstore.com and provide the following information:

1. First and Last Name

2. Order Number

3. Reason For Return

4. If the product received is incorrect or damaged, please attach photos.

 

You should expect to receive a response with return authorization and instructions within 24 hours (Monday - Friday).
