Free Shipping Terms and Conditions

• All orders $35.00 and over (including closeout items) qualify for free standard shipping to addresses the United States.
• APO addresses do qualify for free shipping
• Orders given free freight will typically ship out via UPS, FedEx, or USPS and should deliver in 1-5 business days.
• Orders are shipped from one of various distribution centers across the united states. Our processing team works to determine the quickest and most efficient route to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible.  If you ordered multiple items, it is possible that they may be shipped separately from different warehouses.  There is no additional shipping charge for orders that require multiple shipments.
• You must select free shipping at checkout in order to receive promotion

No Hassle Returns

If your order arrives and it's not right - we will fix it. That is our guarantee to you!  If you ordered the wrong size or wrong color - No Problem!  You can return any new/unused items to Motorsport Superstore within 30 days of receipt and receive a full refund for the price of the item you paid for. Shipping paid or costs associated with international shipping, duties, taxes or brokerage fees are non-refundable. Items which have been worn, used or installed on your machine are not returnable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless wrong item was received, or the item received was damaged upon arrival.

Returns must include all tags, original manufacturer packaging, and must arrive back to us in brand new condition. Items received that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted for return, and will be shipped back to you.

EXCHANGES

Need to make an exchange? After your return is authorized, simply place a new order for the product you wish to receive in exchange. That means you'll reserve the inventory and get your new item much faster! If you use your Motorsport Superstore Rewards Points that you have earned on an item, and then need to return the original item, the rewards points which were earned from the original purchase will be subtracted from your refund. If your exchange order qualifies for our free shipping, it will be applied. You are still responsible for return shipping costs on your original order back to us

Price Match Guarantee

We price match our products against all of our competitors to give you the lowest possible price.  However, if you think you found a lower qualifying price, submit a price challenge, and we will beat it.  To do so, make sure you have an account, and ensure you've added the item to your cart.  Next, simply fill out the contact us form here, and provide the URL to the lower price you've found.  If it qualifies, we will adjust the price of the item in your cart so that you can checkout your item at the lowest possible price!
